Electrical Estimator / Senior Estimator, HLCM

What You Will Do: 

Providing electrical estimating and preconstruction consulting services for a wide array of commercial construction projects.

The level of design will range from Conceptual to 100% CD drawings.

Represent the project owner in the review and negotiation of contractors’ change orders.

Provide value engineering support.

Provide constructability reviews.

What You Need: 

5+ years of experience working in the industry on electrical/low voltage-related work. This includes years spent in the field or the office.

A natural ability to collaborate well with others across all levels of the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail

Expertise in sustainability is preferred.

LEED AP and CPE certifications are preferred.
